Wellbeing isn’t a destination; it’s a practice.

I believe that every person—regardless of their ability, history, or circumstances—deserves to feel safe and capable in their own body. True wellbeing isn’t a luxury; it is a practical necessity for navigating life.

My mission is to help you move from surviving to living your life. I don’t believe in “fixing” people because you aren’t broken. Instead, I create the conditions where you can recognise your own strengths.

How I Work:

  • Body-First: I believe feeling better mentally usually starts with the body. We use yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement because the experience precedes narrative.
  • Collaborative & Responsive: I work with people living with disability, trauma, and the heavy burnout of caregiving. This requires a relationship built on trust, not a rigid routine. If a session needs to change from a structured practice to a moment of “shaking it off” to your favourite music, that is what we do.
  • Sustainable Skills: Whether we are improving balance, increasing mobility, or regulating your nervous system, the goal is always to build practical skills that stay with you long after our session ends.

I am here to provide the consistent, supportive relationship that helps you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful, grounded way.

Through a mix of movement and counseling-informed support, I help you build:

  • Physical Resilience: Improving mobility, balance, and strength at a pace that respects where you are right now.
  • Emotional Regulation: Using breath and awareness to step out of “survival mode” and into a state of calm.
  • Self-Respect: Rediscovering that you are capable of growth, regardless of your circumstances.

I do this work intentionally because I’ve seen how much a consistent, supportive relationship can change things. We aren’t aiming for perfection; we’re aiming for a more grounded, fulfilling way of living.
