In-home Recreational Activities

(Capacity Building / Core Supports – NDIS)

This service provides personalised, accessible yoga sessions delivered directly in the participant’s home, supporting health, wellbeing, and community participation goals without the need for travel. By bringing adapted, movement-based activities into a familiar environment, this service removes physical and environmental barriers to participation.

Every session is individualised to support the participant’s specific NDIS goals, focusing on capacity building, physical regulation, and functional mobility. Sessions may include:

  • Gentle, Adapted Movement: Seated, supported, or mat-based exercises tailored to individual mobility levels.
  • Accessible Aids: Strategic use of props to ensure safety, comfort, and correct alignment.
  • Regulation Techniques: Breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation practices to support emotional regulation, calm, and focus.
  • Skill Development: Gradual building of motor skills, balance, and body awareness to support daily living activities.

Adaptive yoga modifies traditional practices so they can be safely and autonomously experienced by people with a wide range of abilities and mobility levels.

Pricing is in accordance with NDIS guidelines.

Fresh Beginnings

For chronic conditions, obesity, fatigue, and starting again — slowly

Living with a chronic condition, persistent fatigue, or managing changes in your weight and mobility can make movement feel complicated.

Some days your body allows more. Other days, even simple things feel like too much. Over time, navigating standard fitness spaces can lead to frustration, injury, a loss of confidence, and a painful sense of disconnection from your own body.

This offering is entirely different. It is not about pushing through pain, burning calories, or trying to “fix” you.

It is a supportive, low-demand space designed to help you find a way of relating to your body and wellbeing that works with your reality—exactly as it is today.

What to expect:

A Shame-Free Environment: A gentle, respectful space where your body is accepted, not pathologised.

Radical Pacing: We move at the speed of your nervous system and energy levels, never pushing past your boundaries.

Complete Adaptability: Every practice is adapted to respect your joints, mobility, and comfort. Sturdy, spacious seating and supportive props are always central to the practice.

Autonomy First: You choose what feels right. If a session consists entirely of breathing and resting in a comfortable position, that is a successful session.

Price: $80 per session, or $350 for 5

Burnout Carers

Caring for someone else can be one of the most meaningful things you do. It can also be exhausting in ways that are hard to explain.

Over time, the constant responsibility, emotional load, and lack of space for yourself can build into burnout—a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion that develops when the demands of caring exceed what you can sustain.

You might find yourself feeling:

  • Constantly tired, even after rest
  • Overwhelmed or stretched too thin
  • Disconnected from yourself or your own needs
  • Guilty for wanting time or support
  • Unsure who you are outside of being “the carer”

How We Work Together

Rather than separating physical and emotional stress, we look at how they show up together—in your body, your energy, your thinking, and your day-to-day life. This service offers a practical, integrated approach to replenishment, bringing together:

  • Gentle Movement: Low-demand, intuitive movement tailored entirely to your physical energy on the day, helping to release the physical tension held from caregiving.
  • Mindfulness & Nervous System Support: Practical tools to dial down chronic hyper-vigilance, calm the mind, and soothe the physical toll of long-term stress.
  • Reflective Conversation: A safe, non-judgmental space to talk through the complexities of your role and untangle the messy feelings that come with it.
  • A Grounded, Person-Centred Approach: A service where you are the priority. There are no expectations, no goals to achieve, and no roles to play.

This is your invitation to step out of the caregiving role, drop the mental load, and allow yourself to be supported.

Price: Price: $90 per session, or $400 for 5

Restoring Professionals

For when life looks successful — but doesn’t quite feel like yours.

From the outside, things might look fine. You’ve achieved a lot. You function well. You’re capable, thoughtful, and often the one others rely on. But internally, something feels… off.

You might be experiencing:

  • A sense that something is missing
  • Difficulty feeling connected to what you’ve built
  • Restlessness, even after achieving goals
  • Questioning direction, purpose, or identity
  • A quiet feeling of disconnection from yourself

This experience is far more common than it seems—especially for people whose identity has been shaped through achievement and responsibility.

Many high-performing people reach a point where the structure of achievement no longer answers deeper questions. You might find yourself asking:

  • What am I actually doing this for?
  • Who am I, beyond what I achieve?
  • Why doesn’t this feel the way I thought it would?

This is often described as an existential turning point—a period of questioning around meaning, identity, and direction. It’s not a failure. It’s a signal.

Rather than just thinking about your life, this work creates space for feeling into it. This offering combines:

  • Existential Exploration: Focusing on helping you clarify your values, choices, and direction—not by giving answers, but by supporting deeper self-understanding.
  • Somatic Awareness: Recognising that your body holds patterns of stress, emotion, and experience—and that awareness of sensation, breath, and movement can be a pathway to insight and change.
  • Reflective Dialogue: A collaborative, grounded, and person-centred space to untangle complex thoughts and sit with the questions that matter.

This is not a formula, a program, or a checklist. It is an unfolding. Sessions are guided at your pace and may include:

  • Exploring questions of meaning, purpose, and direction
  • Identifying where your life feels aligned versus where it feels disconnected
  • Noticing how stress, pressure, or identity show up physically in your body
  • Working with patterns of overthinking, constant pressure, or emotional suppression
  • Reconnecting with core values beyond performance or external expectation
  • Creating space to consider what a more authentic, internally coherent life might look like

This work is not about optimising performance, setting more goals, or pushing toward another outcome.

Instead, it is about slowing down enough to notice what is actually true for you, understanding the gap between who you are and how you’re living, and finding a direction that feels internally coherent, not just externally successful.
